WIMDG2021 is an intelligent water dispenser that can be used at any identified point, simple and intuitive.

Water consumers use an NFC prepaid card that is used to pay for water. The use of the card is fully transparent and efficient for management entities and consumers. The card is connected to an integrated management system that keeps track of all data on water supply, credit operation and anomalies that may arise.

WIMDG2021 can be installed in urban and/or rural areas. There is no limit of installations, developed to work in online or offline mode (specific rules), through power from the grid, generator, solar panel or batteries with capacity for more than 12 hours of operation.

SAFE AND EFFICIENT TRANSACTION


To use the WIMDG2021 dispenser you need to purchase an NFC Card and charge. The balance can be purchased at water companies, resellers, mobile stations and at Multicaixa*. There are three types of card:

  • WIMD Client for water acquisition;
  • WIMD Admin for dispenser administrators;
  • WIMD Service to perform maintenance services.

INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT

SYSTEM

Using the mobile network, the WINDG2021 connects to a private network and a data management system that publishes the condition and operations performed on a daily basis, allowing you to remotely manage the entire system.

The system has control of a large number of water dispensers in distant locations, being able to expand the operations of the business.

The water price of distributors can be managed remotely from the water management system or locally through WIMD APP.

TOTAL CONTROL AND EFFICIENCY

The intelligent management system keeps track of all operation data. If the system goes offline, the data is stored on each dispensing unit and will be sent automatically when the signal is back online.

O WIMD WEB provides an overview of the performance of the dispensers group, including a dispensed water trend indicator as well as a list of alarms and warnings.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

The logs show the performance data for each WIMDG2021 unit, including water dispensing and balance operations. The daily report shows warnings, helping to optimize service and maintenance processes, ensuring that the service technician never needs to move unnecessarily.

With notifications turned on, the system is configured to transmit alarms and warnings by email or text messages to one or more people.

A complete prepaid system has been implemented in the Benvindo Giraffe. The same allows a full management from the registration of the truckdriver to the issuance of invoice certified by AGT.
The System includes 4 Dispensers, 2 Sales Stations, 4 Automatic Valves, 4 DN100 Counters, Alarm Sensors, Backup Batteries Energy, Video Surveillance.
Provides a WEB Platform where it allows operation to be monitored in real time.
